BOYS' BASKETBALL: Tekoa Academy vs. School of the Woods

The Mighty Tekoa Cougars Basketball team finished the regular season last Friday night with a tough district loss against School of the Woods, 46-45, in the remaining 10 seconds of the game. It was a defensive game from the start to the finish. This loss placed Tekoa with a second place finish to end district play this year before heading into the State Playoffs in San Antonio starting this Thursday, March 1, 2018 through Saturday, March 3, 2018.

Player of Game: Lesley Harmanson - 14 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals, 1 block

Jailan Ardoin - 10 points, 4 rebounds, 2 blocks
Cameron Benjamin - 8 points, 1 rebound, 1 steal
Darryl Prevost - 7 points, 2 rebounds
Brei'yon Chappell - 6 points, 1 rebound
