Virtual Instruction - ALL Campuses (Feb. 1-5)

Due to increased reports of student exposures, ALL campuses of Tekoa Academy will transition to Virtual Instruction for the week of February 1-5. In-Person classes will resume on Monday, February 8.

COVID-19 Notification

All classes will be virtual on November 23rd and 24th. We will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday from November 25th through 27th. Face-to-Face classes will resume Monday, November 30, 2020.

Students participate in Veterans Day Ceremony in Washington, DC

Students from Tekoa Academy of Accelerated Studies STEM School in Port Arthur, TX participated in the United States Department of Housing and Urban Developmentā€™s 2020 Veterans Day Ceremony in Washington, DC. 2020-2021 Virtual Title 1 Meeting

Parents, Families, Guardians, and Community Members are invited to attend a Tekoa Academy's 2020-2021 VIRTUAL Title 1 Meeting on Wednesday, September 23 at 10:00 AM or again at 3:00pm. Topics will include: What is Title 1? Curriculum and Assessments, Parent & Family Engagement, and a Parent's Right to Know.

Chromebook Check-Out Starts Wednesday (9/2/20)

Chromebook Check-Out begins tomorrow for Kindergarten - 12th Grade at 327 Thomas Blvd. in Port Arthur and 1408 W. Park Ave. in Orange. Last Names from A - H start at 9:00am to 11:00am, I - P start at 11:00am to 1:00pm, and Q - Z start at 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

35 lbs. of Food for Residents of Orange County

If you live in Orange County, you qualify to receive 35 lbs. of USDA-approved, shelf-stable food from The Department of Agriculture's Disaster Household Distribution program and the Southeast Texas Food Bank. No income verification required. For more information, call 409-982-5400.
